How to Cancel

Log into your account

Go to veekaycabs.com and login with your mobile number

Go to My Bookings

Find your upcoming booking in the Booking History section

Click Cancel Booking

Select a cancellation reason and confirm

Refund Processing

Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Cancellations by Veekay Cabs (due to vehicle unavailability or force majeure) will result in a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including the token amount and security deposit, processed within 3 business days.
